in order for us to provide services on our website: www.infocredit-online.pl and conform with the requirements of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) - hereinafter "GRDP", please state your required consent during the account registration process or after logging in to the site .

  3. Objectives and grounds for processing personal data:
    Your personal data is processed:
    • to provide access and use of commercial reports and databases, including the generation of reports and payments for these services on the website - the legal basis for processing is the indispensability of data processing to enter into and perform a contract for the provision of access services and using the database as part of the website,
    • on evidence and archival grounds - the legal basis for processing is GRDP Article 6 §1f, i.e. the necessity of processing to implement the legitimate interest of the administrator such as seeking redress and protecting self from others seeking redress connected with the agreement,
    • to meet the Administrator’s legal obligations, especially those resulting from tax and accountancy codes - the legal basis for processing are the legal obligations resulting from these codes,
    • for direct marketing the products and services of the Administrator, including analytics - the legal basis for processing is GRDP Article 6 §1f, i.e. the necessity of processing to implement the legitimate interest of the administrator; an ability to present the client with information on services and tailor-made offers constitutes a legitimate interest of the Administrator,
    • to ensure the security of the provision of services on the website (including detection of bots, fraud or abuse) - the legal basis for data processing is GRDP Article 6 §1f, i.e. the necessity of processing to implement the legitimate interest of the administrator; it is reasonable for the administrator to ensure continuity, integrity and confidentiality within the services provided,
    • in order to measure and for statistical purposes that allow us to improve our services and products - the legal basis for data processing is GRDP Article 6 §1f, i.e. the necessity of processing to implement the legitimate interest of the administrator; it is reasonable for the administrator to ensure continuity, integrity and functionality within the services provided.
  4. Categories of personal data:
    The administrator processes the following categories of your personal data: name and surname, company name, address, e-mail, IP address, NIP number, telephone number.
  5. Recipients of data:

Foksal 10, 00 – 366 Warsaw, entered into the National Court Register managed by the Regional Court for Warsaw at the XII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000380253 – where such entities process data on the basis of a contract with the administrator only in accordance with the administrator's instructions.
  6. Data retention period:
    Your personal data will be stored until the legal claims resulting from the agreement expire (concerning the processing based on the necessity of processing to implement the agreement), until any legally legitimate interest expires or until an objection is made (concerning the processing based on the necessity of processing to achieve the Administrator’s legitimate interest). Furthermore, concerning the Administrator’s legal obligations resulting from tax and accountancy codes – until the legal obligations expire or over periods stated by the law
  7. Rights of the data subject:
    You have the right to access your data and the right to demand their rectification, removal or restriction of their processing.
    To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is the premise of the legally legitimate interest of the administrator, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. In particular, you have the right to object to the processing of data for the purposes of direct marketing and profiling.

    To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
