InfoCredit online - Terms of Use

Definitions

Client

each natural or legal person using InfoCredit online service.

Credit Report
(Quick Report, Quick Roll)

full or partial information on a single company or companies delivered by InfoCredit online service.

InfoCredit online

service used for selling credit reports via the internet.

Order

last phase of buying process at the InfoCredit online service at which the client is finalising the purchase of credit reports.

Privacy policy:

All personal data provided during the registration process are used for the realisation of an Order and are not forwarded to other institutions or to any third parties. Data collection is carried out accordingly to the Law on Personal Data Protection of 29 August 1997 /Dz. U. No 133, pos. 883 with further changes/. At the same time InfoCredit informs that, according to the Law mentioned each person has a right to control data processing on onself", its updating and modification. Upon an order of a registered user his personal data may be removed from the service only by the InfoCredit online workers.

Processing of personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary and possible only when the Client agrees to it whilst registering at the InfoCredit online .

InfoCredit puts all its effort into protecting personal data from non-authorised access.

The following status regulates the InfoCredit online service, its terms and conditions. Accepting it and being 18 years of age or over is the condition of making transactions with InfoCredit.

Business activities are carried out on the base of an entry to registry No 200830 issued by Urząd Miasta Stołecznego Warszawy dla dzielnicy Mokotów.

Par. 1.

Information and data offered by InfoCredit online is collected by InfoCredit from Business and Judicial Journal B (Monitor Polski B), National Court Registry (KRS), directly from companies and their partners, press publications, the Internet and other commonly available sources.

Par. 2.

InfoCredit online offers Trade Reports , containing the characteristics of Polish companies.

Par. 3.

Trade Reports pricelist is available at InfoCredit online . The prices of Trade Reports may be individually settled accordingly to the separate contract.

Par. 4.

InfoCredit online reserves the right to Trade Reports price changes. All of the information on price changes, special offers, etc. will be available at InfoCredit online.

Par. 5.

All prices are given in Polish Zloty. However, there is a possibility of changing the currency into Euro - this option is available whilst buying services.

Par. 6.

The Client may choose from the following payment options at InfoCredit online:

  • an online payment (via the Platnosci.pl service): by a credit card or by an electronic/standard money transfer
  • payment by points offered by InfoCredit online

Par. 7.

Buying of points is effected by making a money transfer into the company's bank account.

Par. 8.

An access to the purchased Trade Reports is granted for 30 days, counted from the moment of confirmation of a Inquiry transaction at InfoCredit online.

Par. 9.

The Client is obliged to provide authentic data during the registration and in invoice form.

Par. 10.

The Client agrees that the Trade Report is provided to him by InfoCredit online for the exclusive use of his own organisation and accepts he will not publish or make data available to a third party. The Client specifically undertakes not to make the data available in a form which could compete with InfoCredit's services.

Par. 11.

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the information presented at InfoCredit online are the property of InfoCredit. Copying or using the data presented in Trade Reports for re-selling or making it available to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Par. 12.

The Client uses data provided for his own risk only and he cannot make InfoCredit responsible for the accuracy of his decisions, loss of profits or any other losses resulting from his use of Trade Reports supplied by InfoCredit online. Information and data contained in Trade Reports cannot be used in any Court proceedings.

Par. 13.

A sale agreement is contracted between The Client and InfoCredit:

  • On the basis of Client's Order , made by the buying procedure available atwww.infocredit-online.pl, InfoCredit online sales and The Client buys Trade Reports listed in the Order Form .
  • The agreement is contracted with the moment of a confirmation of a positive Order realisation at InfoCredit online.
  • An agreement may be made in the following languages: Polish or English.
  • Unit prices of Trade Reports, valid in the moment of Order placement are final to The Client and to InfoCredit.
  • An agreement terminates when the access to information period elapses.

Par. 14.

According to the Act dated 02.03.2000. on Protection of some consumer rights and responsibility for losses made by a dangerous product Par. 10.1. the right to withdraw from an agreement made on a distance is available to the consumer in cases of disbursements which due to their characteristics cannot be returned, which means that due to the unique form of services provided by InfoCredit online, The Client doesn't have the right of withdrawing from an agreement.

Par. 15.

All claims regarding InfoCredit online should be in a written form and e-mailed to sklep@infocredit.pl or to the postal address: InfoCredit, ul. Smolna 40, 00-375 Warszawa.

The scope and the content of information contained in A Trade Report as well as its presentation form are not subjected to claims. The Client does not have rights to claims once he receives an access to trade reports purchased.

Par. 16.

Information contained in Trade Reports is collected and processed with maximum accuracy, however InfoCredit does not take responsibility for the reliability of sources or correspondents' errors made whilst collecting data.

Par. 17.

InfoCredit online has a special system granting reliability of services offered, thanks to which there is a minor possibility of errors arising. However in cases of error being captured, these are corrected without any unnecessary delays.

Par. 18.

In case of disclosing Client's login or password to non-authorised parties it is necessary to inform InfoCredit online service by mailing to sklep@infocredit.pl . The Client is responsible for any liabilities made towards InfoCredit online service or towards InfoCredit as a company by the use of a stolen login and password until he receives a confirmation of receiving such massage by InfoCredit.

Par. 19.

Due to the InfoCredit online security system it is advisable to enter login and password manualy each time instead of using the "remember password" option.

Par. 20.

The Client takes full responsibility for InfoCredit's losses resulting from violation of InfoCredit online Status.

Par. 21.

In case of violation of any of the paragraphs of the Status by The Client, InfoCredit online reserves the right to block and stop serving The Client for a period of time. This is done with a preceding message send to The Client's e-mail address provided at registration.

Par. 22.

InfoCredit online has a right to refuse the service without disclosing the reason.

Par. 23.

All of the issues not regulated by the Status are subjected to: The Civil Law, the Act of 02.07.2004. on Freedom of Business Activity, the Act of 18.07.2002 on Provision of Services in an Electronic Form, the Act of 02.03.2000 on Protection of Some Consumer Rights and Responsibility for Losses made by a Dangerous Product and by the Act of 29.08.1997 r. on Personal Data Protection.

Par. 24.

A proper Court solving any disputes arising from the sale agreement is the Court proper to the defendant or the Court proper to the place of agreement finalisation.

Par. 25.

The evidence of purchase, which InfoCredit is obliging to draw up, is the electronically generated VAT invoice, available at the Clients account. InfoCredit will draw up a signed invoice and send it to The Client upon The Clients inquiry mailed to sklep@infocredit.pl . The Client consents to the VAT invoice without The Client's signature.


Par. 26.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (Google). The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Par. 27.

The Client placing an Order at InfoCredit online accepts the InfoCredit online Status.

Par. 28.

The Status is valid from 01.07.2006. InfoCredit will inform of any changes to it via the InfoCredit online service. The Client could be informed of these changes via mail which the Client have used during the registration process in InfoCredit online.
