How does it work?

An access to business and economical information is provided once a purchase at InfoCredit online service is made.

In order to receive an access either by an online payment or by points the following procedure must be fulfiled:

1. Account registration – an account at the system must be registered by filling out the provided form with own personal data (a client who already has an account at the system does not to register again).
2. Before taking any actions at the system a user must read Terms of Use.
3. Log-in to the InfoCredit online (a client who's forgotten its password may use the option of Password notification). Each login and password should be memorised and protected from the third parties.
4. Company's search (Simple Search and Advance Search) in order to select the companies into the client's basket.
5. The purchase of companies' reports in which the client is interested in, is effected by the following:
   1. a search for copmanies using a Simple Search (by entering a company's name) or by an Advance Search (by entering such data as city, region, EKD, employment or turnover) and then clicking "Search"
   2. selection the companies of your interest from the list
   3. a user using an advance search should not search by a very wide criteria as the amount of found companies is limited to 30
   4. checking empty fields in the first column by each company of interest by clicking on them
   5. clicking on an "Add to basket" button which may be found at the bottom of the list which enables the client to see the contents of its basket
   6. in case of a need of adding another item to the list a "Back" button may be used (found at the top right corner of the page)
   7. once an "Add to basket" button is used again, a list of contents after modification will show
   8. clicking on a "Forward" button in order to proceed with the purchase
   9. selection of a suitable formof payment by checking an adequate field: „Online payment” (payment by Platnosci.pl service), or „Points” (payment by points) and then clicking on the "Finalize transaction” button

Online payment: a button „Online payment” shall be selected and "Finalize Transaction" clicked on which will re-direct you to the Platnosci.pl service. A credit card may be used or an online transfer may be made by checking an adequate field and clicking on a "Pay" button.

Once the online payment transaction is finalized a window with a list of purchsed reports will show. When an authorisation of an online purchase via the Platnosci.pl system is effected, reports purchased will show in a bookmark „Active Reports” in a „User's data” window.

Payment by points: a button "Points" shall be selected and "Finalize transaction" clicked on. An adequate amount of points will then be collected from your account at the InfoCredit online service and in exchange you'll receive an instant access to the selected company reports.

In case there is an insufficient amount of points on your account in order to proceed with the transaction those should be purchased by clicking on a "Purchase points" button.

Points are purchased by making a money transfer into InfoCredit's bank account, transfering an adequate amount of money which depends on the amount of points required.

The amount of points in keeping may be checked at any time by selecting the Account Status bookmark in the "User's data" window.

All of the reports purchased are available to the user for the successive 30 days and may be found in the "Active Reports" bookmark, located in the left column of the "User's data" window.

A bookmark "Non-Active Reports" consists of companies' reports which were bought by a user in the past but are no longer available due to the time elapsed.

Use of data should be effected accordingly to the Terms of Use by InfoCredit online service.
